THE DEVILS YOKE OF FALSE FREEDOM

The enemy has told a generation that has a tendency towards lukewarmness and superficial freedom, lacking the fear of God and taking light of sin having never developed a hatred for it, although it was our sin that brought Jesus to the cross, disregarding Gods authority at the same time, that it is impossible to live pure lives before God and be overcomers and they started believing it. What we believe on a subconscious level affects our behavior and they reach out to me every week. I do think essentially it is a faith issue, you have to let sink in the truth deep into your heart that you are called not to be just a conqueror but actually more than a conqueror for such a time as this!

1. John 5:4
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

A conqueror is deeply immersed in Gods love and loves the truth and he understands that holiness is not legalism, it is the beauty of who Jesus is. A passionate daily pursuit of the person of Jesus Christ and living in accordance with biblical principles absolutely leads to a pure lifestyle and radical victory over all forms of sin, whether it be lust, unwanted sexual behavior, alcoholism, holding grudges and resentment, stealing, cheating, drugs etc. If you dont see that victory in your life then you have not yet broken through to God to a point where your desires are changed. In other words your own will and pride hasn't been crushed or you have never seen rock bottom to a point where you realized, that you are absolutely powerless in your own strength, where you would receive His grace and you develope a passionate heart for obedience. I'm not saying you are not saved I'm just saying that you haven't broken through to God to a point where you are truly under the influence of the Holy Spirit. The anointing breaks the yoke of bondage, and the anointing also keeps us free from bondage.

Isaiah 10:27

And it shall come to pass in that day,that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder,and his yoke from off thy neck,and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.
Hebrews 1:9
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

Are you EXPERIENCING it? I am, and its certainly not because I am so special. If you are living it, it makes it easy preaching it, you can´t separate a man from his message. I dont wanna get a beer. I dont wanna look at porn. I dont wanna do drugs. I dont wanna smoke. I dont wanna go out partying and get drunk. All of those things are so repulsive to me, those are the things that brought my beautiful Jesus to the cross! There is nothing in me that is drawn to any of it nor is there anything in my soul that needs anything except the presence of Jesus. If I ever would think differently I have a deal with my pastor (I know people whom I tell that who think I'm crazy) to call him up I would have to ask him for permission. Thanks to the grace of God, I actually never had to make such a phone call - but I would, because I´m committed to it. If you are that radical about stewarding your freedom in Christ, the devil will start to get really afraid. You see, I dont get to make the choice to sin because I dont belong to myself - the motto of those under authority is "permission", not "forgiveness". Compromise is bondage, holiness is freedom. The great motto of those who rebel against God is "forgiveness", they willfully sin and ask for forgiveness afterwards. When I talk to most young people of our day, I feel like a lonesome wolf who is on another planet or something.
You need a big WHY, something that you wake up with every morning. I know I'm called to reach multitudes with the gospel and thats why I dont compromise in any way. Understand that your life is not just breathing air and you will begin to live it in a way that it makes sense in the light of eternity. I have a sign above my bed that says "God, stamp eternity on my eye balls!" it helps me keep those few things in the circle that are important and dont get caught up with useless things.

If sin is in your life, remember the blood of Jesus is so much more powerful than your sin and you are righteous because of what He did if you put your faith in Him. Open yourself up to God in a way where He would do a deep work in you and thats how internal strength and faith is given; dont allow the enemy to seduce you so that he can reduce you, but rather get a hold of a God vision for your life and make it your goal to see damage done to the devils kingdom throughout your life so that you can reduce him instead of him reducing you, he is already defeated. This is grace, holiness and the power of God.
